What is Bodyfulness and Why is it Important?

Bodyfulness teaches you to truly listen to your body again. Developing strong body awareness allows you to recognize your body’s signals faster and more clearly, using them as a compass and guide for resilient and healthy functioning, both professionally and personally.

Your personality also plays a key role in developing body awareness. Often, we don’t realize that certain beliefs or coping strategies prevent us from fully connecting with our body. These are often old, ingrained thoughts or patterns, but the good news is: they can be influenced and adjusted. Addressing these patterns is an important part of this training.

Reconnect with your body, boost your resilience, and live more consciously, healthily, and energetically – both at work and in your personal life.

What Does the Training Involve?

The 10-week training combines online coaching, massages, and practical exercises:

  • Four online coaching sessions (60 minutes each):
    Enhance your body awareness and vitality through simple yet effective exercises. Each session also focuses on a personal learning goal established beforehand.

  • Six 60-minute relaxation massages:
    Strengthen your connection with your body and deepen body awareness. All massages are provided by a local, certified Bodyfulness therapist.

  • Comprehensive syllabus:
    Includes detailed information about Bodyfulness, along with exercises and worksheets to further develop both personal and physical awareness.

  • Experience package with five tools:
    These tools help you practice Bodyfulness daily. During the online sessions, you’ll learn how to use them effectively, enabling simple daily exercises in breathing, relaxation, and vitality.

  • Access to the digital inspiration and learning platform:
    Between sessions, you can practice guided relaxation and breathing exercises, and gather inspiration from music, literature, films, and podcasts.

  • Baseline measurement and evaluation:

    Before the training, your body awareness is measured through a questionnaire, which is repeated at the end to track concrete improvements in work and life

What Will Bodyfulness Do for You?

By consciously connecting with your body every day for 10 weeks:

  • You’ll find it easier to set boundaries and make choices from within.

  • Your resilience, vitality, and overall wellbeing will remain strong.

  • You’ll be more focused at work and live more consciously.

  • Your confidence, self-worth, and job satisfaction will grow.

  • Old habits and pitfalls will gradually fade, making way for more “authentic” behavior – you become the manager of your own life.

Planning and Booking

  • The training can start within 2 weeks after registration, provided a local therapist is available.

  • Upon request, a personally recommended massage expert can be included (after careful screening, with a start time within 2 weeks).

  • The training lasts 10 weeks, with either an online session or a massage each week.

  • In between, you can practice daily with the tools from the experience package, the personal syllabus, and the online Bodyfulness platform.

 

Participation

The training sessions are regularly organised on an open enrolment basis. In addition, all training can also be delivered in-company (on request). In that case, we will work with you to arrange suitable dates.

We distinguish between rates for organisations and private individuals.
The majority of our programmes are reimbursed by employers.
