In Part 2, we take a step further, refining and deepening the practice by also engaging the senses of taste, smell, and sight.
These senses open new pathways to connect more deeply with your body and emotions, adding an extra layer of awareness that strengthens your balance, vitality, and resilience – again with a strong focus on preventing stress and physical complaints. The motto of the training remains.

What makes Part 2 special?
The foundation of Part 2 still includes coaching (3 sessions) and massage (5 sessions), with exciting additions.
- Online coaching sessions: Discover new, effective exercises that further enhance your body awareness.
- LSI Personality Profile: Complete this profile before starting the training to gain deep insights into your behavioral and thinking patterns (coping strategies) and consciously break free from old habits that may hold you back.
- The importance of touch: While the senses of taste, smell, and sight add valuable new dimensions, touch remains the heart of Bodyfulness.
We also explore the central nervous system more deeply through proprioception – the ability to sense the position of your body in space, even with your eyes closed. This enhances your orientation, movement, and awareness of your body. Strengthening proprioception increases your body awareness, heightens personal insight, and helps you recognize and release tension more easily.
In short, Part 2 of Bodyfulness helps you live and work even more powerfully from your source, with a body that gives direction and support.
What does Part 2 involve?
The training lasts 8 weeks and combines online coaching with massages and practical exercises:
- Three online coaching sessions (60 minutes each): These sessions continue to enhance body awareness and vitality through simple, effective exercises, focusing on existing or new personal goals.
- Five relaxation massages (60 minutes each): These massages reinforce your connection to your body and deepen body awareness.
- Expanded syllabus: Additional theoretical backgrounds, new exercises, and worksheets are added to the existing syllabus.
- A new experiential kit with four tools: Designed to stimulate and train your senses, concluding with a tool for use after the training.
- Access to the digital inspiration and learning platform: Exclusive content from Part 1 remains accessible with your personal login.
- Evaluation: We review both Part 1 and Part 2 and discuss opportunities for further development.
What will Part 2 give you?
By consciously connecting with your body daily for 8 weeks:
- You’ll find it easier to set boundaries and make choices from within
- Your resilience, vitality, and wellbeing will be maintained
- You’ll be more focused at work and live with greater awareness
- Your self-confidence, self-worth, and job satisfaction will grow

Planning and booking
- The training can start within 2 weeks after registration, provided your current masseur or masseuse is available.

- The training lasts 8 weeks, with one online session or massage per week.
- In between sessions, you can practice independently using the tools from Part 1, the expanded personal syllabus, and the online Bodyfulness platform.
Participation
The training sessions are regularly organised on an open enrolment basis. In addition, all training can also be delivered in-company (on request). In that case, we will work with you to arrange suitable dates.
We distinguish between rates for organisations and private individuals.
The majority of our programmes are reimbursed by employers.
